Afternoon Everyone.

Please note that all zoom links on the 27th April update for 6 weeks are still active but Zoom have added a password as you enter the meeting, if it does the password is karate (all lower case).

I have just shared these links with Kensho Schools Parents and therefore the class will hopefully be busy, if it is please be aware there is a maximum of 100 participants allowed to enter the session.

If you wouldn't mind please could you all enter your email address in the subscribe box on the home page, just means you'll receive all karate related updates automatically.

Dear Parents & Students

I hope everyone is well and staying home over the Easter Weekend.  I know I'll be eating plenty of eggs.  That said, we'll all need to do some exercise after eating our body weight in chocolate.  Therefore, I'll be starting free Virtual ZOOM lessons from Easter Monday which will run every Monday through the summer term to make sure all students keep progressing (plus parents are welcome to join in!!).  Please also note there will be other Kensho Instructors delivering classes on other nights of the week which your welcome to join in.  I will keep everyone updated with the links and you can basically do as much or as little as you like!

If your child would like to join any of the above classes here is a simple Step by Step Guide.

STEP 1 - Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings app
STEP 2 - By 6pm every Sunday all scheduled classes will be listed on our website www.kenshokarate.net, click message board at the top, OR if you prefer Facebook you can search for Kensho Karate Message Board page.
STEP 3 - 5 minutes before the class starts just simply click the link(s) above (note the links will be valid for 6 weeks so you can just use this email), pleasemake sure the video is ON and the audio is OFF.
STEP 4 - Make sure you have as much room as possible and a drink.
STEP 5 - Maximum EFFORT!!

Dear parents

Over the last week Lee and I plus some of our black belts have been putting together short videos for students to copy and repeat to make sure over the next few months we are all still progressing in our learning.  You’ll start seeing these on our YouTube channel (just click the link on the home page) over the next few weeks.

We have also been working on the best way to deliver some virtual sessions.  We have decided to use the ZOOM platform and all you need to do is download the app then click the links which will be posted here on the message board plus our Facebook page 10 minutes before the class starts.  We’ve delivered a few test sessions which have gone well, there are a few limitations but that is to be expected.  All we ask is if everyone puts in their maximum effort they will benefit and progress from the free classes.

There will be a full weekly schedule delivered by different coaches so you can take part in as many as you like so please keep your eyes open.

Remember.....no failure only learning
